SynqNet is a robust, self-healing network designed for high-performance, multi-axis motion and I/O control. It provides a digital link between the motion controller; servo and stepper drives; I/O devices; and other common nodes. A SynqNet network is easy to get up and get running, because nodes are automatically identified and addressed during initialization. Comprehensive diagnostics and field maintenance are simplified with a window of real-time information delivered to the software from servo drives and other nodes. Based on the 100BaseT physical layer, SynqNet has gained wide industry acceptance (over 270,000 axes shipped). SynqNet dramatically reduces installation costs and increases productivity in all applications requiring tightly coordinated motion control.
