MixedModule Dimensions

The ZMP SynqNet controller provides machine builders with the ultimate in high-performance multi-axis motion control and flexibility. The ZMP uses a Motorola PowerPC processor to coordinate up to 32 axes at sample rates required by the most demanding applications. The ZMP controller also has the processing power to easily run your optimized control algorithms using MechaWare or custom firmware.

  • SynqNet interface provides high-speed synchronous network connection between motion controller, servo or stepper drives, and I/O modules
  • Supports up to 32 tightly coordinated axes on one controller
  • Sample rates up to 48 kHz
  • On-board PowerPC processor
  • High-speed memory map shared between controller and host PC
  • Programmable with C, C++, C#, VB.Net, and SteeplechaseVLC
  • Support for Windows, Linux, QNX, VxWorks and other operating systems
