Description:
SqNodeUserFaultEnable enables or disables if the IO Abort will trigger on a User Fault.
Parameters:
stateTrue == enabled, false == disabled.
Sample Code:
  // Enable the IO Abort based on SqNode User fault.
  axis->SqNode->UserFaultEnable(true);
