Chicago’s official Christmas tree has arrived for the holidays. The tree is a 45-foot-tall blue spruce.
The Christmas tree lighting ceremony is held every year in November to much fan fare but due to Covid, there will be a virtual ceremony this year. We will post a picture on November 19th.
The tree can be seen from our office so the lighting ceremony means a lot to team RSI as we all get together for drinks and food in the office to celebrate upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks.
Here is a video from 2019 Christmas tree lighting ceremony.
